The Luxury Lab’s core mission is to help companies build internal strategies and external partnerships with the objective of attracting new customers, improving conversion ratios and increasing customer retention.
Through a simple and straightforward approach, whether it is through the consulting services, the representation services or both, The Luxury Lab helps to:

Our goal is to help companies achieve their budgeted revenues from key european markets, both in the Leisure and in the MICE markets. We follow a two fold approach: we assist companies in acquiring new customers while helping them in creating and increasing repeat business.

Biography


Patrizia Di Patrizio - Founder & Director Patrizia has over 20 years experience working in sales and marketing for some of the world’s most prestigious global luxury hotel brands, including Concorde Hotels and Resorts, Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group and Rocco Forte Hotels.

Through her various roles, she has positioned and represented leading hotels from Asia, USA and Europe in key feeder markets such as United Kingdom, France, Italy, Benelux, Germany, Switzerland, Spain, Portugal, Russia and CIS countries enabling her to gain unique relationships with key decision makers in those regions.

Having acknowledged the importance of the MICE segment as a source of revenue for many businesses in this industry, she has developed a special personal interest in this field. Known for her understanding of the industry trends, both on the buyer and the supplier sides, and her goal driven approach, she was recognised as one of the POWER 50 MICE players in the UK by the well-known C&IT Magazine.

Before launching The Luxury Lab, Patrizia was Director of Global Sales Continental Europe for Rocco Forte Hotels based at the Hotel de Russie in Rome.

The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi

The Sun Siyam Iru Fushi Maldives is a beautiful resort nestled in 210,000 square meters of lush greenery and surrounded by the crystal clear waters of the Indian Ocean. Bunga Raya Resort

A secluded coral reef island hideway off the coast of Borneo, Bunga Raya Island Resort is a romantic and luxurious hideaway of 48 timbered villas.

Gayana Eco Resort
